Because our platform delivers immediate access to digital tools, AI-powered generation features, exports, and subscription-based services, all payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
1. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
By subscribing to a Pro or Agency plan, users authorize recurring billing until cancellation.
Users may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previous charges.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered in limited situations including:
- duplicate or accidental charges
- billing errors caused by the platform
- failure to activate paid access after successful payment
- major technical failures preventing reasonable use
Approved refunds are reviewed case-by-case.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- change of mind
- partial subscription usage
- failure to cancel before renewal
- dissatisfaction with generated content
- temporary third-party outages
- misuse or policy violations
4. Free Plan Access
A free usage tier is available so users can evaluate the platform before upgrading.
5. Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original charge.
6. Chargebacks
Users should contact support before initiating chargebacks.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension.
